Spring Sports are winding down, so this is the perfect opportunity to do some pre-season training! I will be starting up athletic training sessions for youth athletes (12 and older). The program will be designed to build strength, power, core strength, speed and agility. Perfect to prepare children for the Fall sports season. Prices are below, every Tuesday and Thursday evening. I am also available for individual personal training and can coordinate small group sessions as well. Your athlete needs to cross-train, doing the same thing over and over again is not going to improve their athleticism! We will work on their weeknesses, muscular imbalances, improve flexibilty while creating a stronger, faster, better athlete!
