I live in the Montgomery County, PA area and provide training services in my home gym, or I can bring equipment to you (depending on location, there is additional charge based on location).

Each Session is 1 hour
Personal Training Packages: 1 Session – $60, 6 Session Package – $325, 10 Session Package – $475
Partner Training: 1 Session – $40 each, 6 Session Package – $225 each, 10 Session Package – $325

I also develop Running programs, please contact me if you are looking to reach a certain goal, either it be improve endurance or specific race times.

Monthly running Programs: $30-$50 (depending on goals)  add $120/month for weekly 45 minute one on one training sessions)

***Please note – The first step that any responsible personal trainer will require of any client is a health screen. It is extremely important that you know of any potential health issues that can be exacerbated by exercise. If there are any questionable risk factors that are revealed during the health screen it is necessary to have your physician thoroughly evaluate you to determine what is safe for you regarding exercise. In some cases a GXT (Graded Exercise Test) will be necessary to determine a safe level of training intensity.

Then based on the physicians release and recommendations, appropriate (optional) fitness testing and a safe program can be designed to custom fit your situation based on a variety of factors.

All clients are also required to sign informed consent and PAR-Q (physical Readiness Questionnaire ) as well before training can commence.


One Hour Consultation (can be done through Skype or FaceTime if needed).  Need 3-day meal journal to analyze: $60

Each Additional Month Support (includes one week meal plan and weekly 30 minute maintenance sessions): $140

One Week Meal Plan (designed based on your goals/and BMR – Basal Metabolic Rate) –  $35

Kitchen/Pantry Makeover: $60/hour (time depends on needs)

Grocery Store Shopping and Education – Understanding how to shop and pick the right foods, checking labels, develop healthy shopping habits and learning the right way to buy “real food” – $60/hour
